Merchandiser at SEB Pepsi-Cola 

Purpose: Ensure all SEB Pepsi-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. Guarantee customer satisfaction in maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing SEB Pepsi-Cola. 

Job Details: 

• Schedule: Day shift, Weekends Required

Responsibilities: 

• Clean and Organize: Shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Restock: Coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases.
• Rotate Products: Ensure product quality by following a first in, first out stocking system.
• Build Displays: Create and set up promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking, and building items according to instructions and schedules made by supervisors and store management.
• Utilize Technology: Use technology and applications throughout the day for various tasks.
• Maintain Back Rooms: Organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner.
• Prepare Returns: Manage and prepare any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily.
• Attend Meetings: Participate in meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

Requirements: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet SEB Pepsi’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your route and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
